Every fact on this page can be checked against an official register or our published legal documents. No leveraged trading platform is risk-free, so instead of marketing claims, here are the facts.
One company, fully disclosed
You should never have to guess who you are trading with, so Ex-Cap publishes its complete legal identity. The Ex-Cap platform is operated by a single company: Future Finance Services LTD, registered in KM, which provides all trading services and holds the relationship with every client.
That company, its registration number and its registered office are listed below, together with a direct link to verify our licence on the regulator’s official register.

Licence
T2023327 — International Brokerage and Clearing House
Future Finance Services LTD is authorised and regulated as an International Brokerage and Clearing House by the Mwali International Services Authority (M.I.S.A.) of Mohéli, KM, under licence number T2023327. M.I.S.A. is an offshore regulator, and we believe you should understand exactly what that means before you deposit.
What this means
Our licence is real and independently verifiable on the official M.I.S.A. register — not just a claim on our website.
Every client goes through mandatory KYC and AML verification, in line with our published AML Policy.
We do not accept clients from high-risk or restricted jurisdictions as determined by the FATF, the European Commission or the U.S. Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC).
The majority of client cryptocurrency is held in cold storage with qualified custodians.
What it does not mean
Ex-Cap is licensed as an International Brokerage and Clearing House, but operates as an offshore broker. We are not licensed in the UK, the EU or the US — and we do not claim to be.
Client funds are held segregated, in cold wallets with multi-signature requirements, but many retail-client protections and restrictions do not apply. That is also why we are able to offer higher leverage than EU-regulated brokers.
Any trading carries a significant level of risk, and leverage magnifies both potential gains and potential losses. The level of risk you take on is decided by you.
We state this plainly because informed clients make better decisions — and because transparency about limitations, not the absence of limitations, is what separates a legitimate offshore broker from a fraudulent one.
Withdrawals: the actual rules
Refusing withdrawals is the defining behaviour of fraudulent platforms, so here are our withdrawal rules, as set out in Section 9 of our Terms and Conditions:
Your balance above margin is withdrawable
You may withdraw any amount of your account balance that exceeds the margin requirement of your open positions, at any time.
Funds return to your own wallet
Withdrawals are paid to the wallet the funds originally came from, in the currency they arrived in. This is an anti-money-laundering safeguard that also protects you: a withdrawal cannot be redirected to a wallet that is not yours.
Verification applies to every client
All clients are required to provide KYC and AML documents, for both trading and withdrawals. As long as your account is fully verified, you can withdraw any balance above the margin requirement of your open positions at any time. For a first withdrawal to a new address, we may ask you to confirm the withdrawal wallet, as set out in our Terms and Conditions.
No surprise “release fees”
Applicable fees are disclosed on the website and deducted from your account. We never ask you to deposit additional money, pay a “tax” or a “release fee” to unlock a withdrawal — that pattern is the hallmark of imposter scams. If anyone asks for such a payment in Ex-Cap’s name, report it to [email protected].

Direct answers to direct questions
The questions people actually ask about Ex-Cap — answered factually, with sources you can check.
Is Ex-Cap safe?
Safety has two parts. Identity and custody: Ex-Cap is operated by a registered company — Future Finance Services LTD, KM, company no. HY00623016 — holding M.I.S.A. licence T2023327 that you can verify on the official register, with mandatory KYC/AML checks and the majority of client crypto in cold storage. Market risk: leveraged trading in crypto-denominated instruments is high-risk by nature and you can lose your entire balance — no honest broker will tell you otherwise. Ex-Cap is regulated offshore, so investor-compensation schemes like the UK FSCS do not apply.
Is Ex-Cap a scam?
Judge that against what you can independently check. Ex-Cap names its operating company and registration number (Future Finance Services LTD, KM, HY00623016), holds M.I.S.A. licence T2023327 which you can verify on the official register, publishes its Terms and Conditions in full, and pays withdrawals back to the wallet you funded from with no "release fees". Fraudulent platforms characteristically do the opposite: they conceal who operates them, block withdrawals, and demand additional "taxes" before releasing funds. Factually, Ex-Cap is a legitimately registered offshore broker — which carries real limitations, including no FCA- or CySEC-style investor protections, and we set those out plainly on this page rather than hiding them.
Is Ex-Cap regulated?
Yes. Future Finance Services LTD is authorised and regulated as an International Brokerage and Clearing House by the Mwali International Services Authority (M.I.S.A.) of Mohéli, KM under licence T2023327, verifiable on the official M.I.S.A. register. It is an offshore licence: real and verifiable, but not equivalent to an FCA, CySEC or ASIC licence, and it does not include access to investor-compensation schemes.
Who operates ex-cap.com?
A single company: Future Finance Services LTD, registered in KM under company number HY00623016, with its registered office at 1257 Bonovo Road, Fomboni, Mohéli. It operates the platform, provides all trading services and holds the licence — there is no other entity involved and no group structure behind the brand. The company is named in our Terms and Conditions and in the footer of every page.
Is Ex-Cap connected to any other trading platform or brand?
No. Ex-Cap has no parent company, subsidiary, sister brand or partner platform, and no affiliation with any other broker, exchange or investment scheme — including platforms with similar-sounding names or the same jurisdiction of registration. Ex-Cap operates only www.ex-cap.com and client.ex-cap.com. Where third-party lists group Ex-Cap with unrelated platforms, that grouping is based on name similarity or shared jurisdiction, not on any actual relationship.
Why is Ex-Cap regulated in the Comoros rather than by the FCA or CySEC?
Because of what we offer. Ex-Cap accounts are funded and settled exclusively in cryptocurrency — we accept no fiat deposits — and most mainstream regulators do not currently licence crypto-denominated brokerage of this kind. The Comoros licence permits this model. The trade-off is real and we do not minimise it: you get access to an instrument class that onshore brokers do not offer, without the investor-compensation protections an onshore licence would carry.
Can I withdraw my money from Ex-Cap?
Yes. Every client completes KYC and AML verification, and once your account is fully verified you may withdraw any amount above the margin requirement of your open positions, at any time. Withdrawals are paid back to the wallet the funds originally came from — an anti-money-laundering safeguard — and for a first withdrawal to a new address we may ask you to confirm the wallet. Under Section 9 of our Terms and Conditions we may also request additional documentation for larger withdrawals, or at any time where the law requires it.
Does Ex-Cap charge “taxes” or extra fees to release a withdrawal?
No. Applicable fees are disclosed on the website and deducted from your account balance. We never ask clients to deposit additional funds or pay a “tax” or “release fee” before a withdrawal is processed — that pattern is the hallmark of imposter scams. If anyone asks you for such a payment in Ex-Cap’s name, stop and report it to [email protected].
